Auntie’s 7-Day Wellbeing Skills Journey – an easy way to support everyday wellbeing

Auntie’s 7-Day Wellbeing Skills Journey is a one-week mini challenge where employees receive one small, practical wellbeing exercise directly to their inbox each day. Participation is voluntary, and the challenge does not include any personal or sensitive questions. 

The exercises are short (1–5 minutes), easy to fit into everyday work life, and based on research-backed methods. They are designed to support coping, recovery, and mental wellbeing in the middle of a busy workday.
