Easy access, no stigma
Auntie is a low-threshold service provided by employers. You don’t need to be in crisis to get support — Auntie is here for everyday moments like stress, low motivation or other challenges, and helps you strengthen your mental skills for the long run.
Quick and confidential support
No doctor’s referral or long waiting times. You’ll get confidential support online, at a time that fits your schedule. Sessions are private, your employer never sees your information, and nothing is recorded in health registries.
Practical tools for everyday life
Every Auntie session gives you tools you can use right away — for work, relationships and everyday wellbeing. This can mean managing stress on busy days, communicating better with colleagues or building routines that give you energy.

Fill out the self-evaluation survey
The survey is optional, but it helps your Auntie professional get a head start and better understand your situation. Your employer will never see your responses.

Contact with your professional
We will assign you a professional who speaks your language. They’ll usually be in touch within 1–3 business days by phone or email to arrange your first session.

5 x 45-minute online sessions
Most packages include five 45-minute sessions with an Auntie professional. All sessions are confidential. You can usually have your first session within a week, online and at a time that fits your schedule.

Keep track of your progress
After each session, you will receive summaries and resources by email to support your journey.
