Auntie package: how does it work – step by step
Auntie packages are a simple, structured way to get support and grow: five 45-minute online sessions around a theme like stress, recovery, resilience or self-leadership, plus practical tools to use between sessions. You don’t need to know exactly what you need — your expert will always tailor the content to you.
Get access from your employer
Your HR will share a link to Auntie or you can simply click "Start your Auntie package" at Auntie.io. Use your work email for sign up and add your personal email later to sign-up form, if you want the package communication and session invites to your personal email.
Choose your Auntie package
Don’t worry about choosing “perfectly”: your Auntie expert will always tailor the content to your needs. You can browse Auntie packages below before your sign-up.
Fill in the optional self-evaluation
Answer a self-evaluation survey before your first session, you will get a link to it to your email. This helps your Auntie expert understand your situation and get a head start. Your answers are confidential and never shared with your employer.
Meet your Auntie expert
Auntie expert will contact you (phone or SMS) and arrange the fist meeting. All conversations are confidential. You can usually have your first session within about a week, at a time that works for you. Auntie experts speak + 25 languages and we will select the expert for you based on your choice of package, language and/or the answers to the preliminary survey.
5 × 45-minute online sessions
Your expert will share materials and exercises and you can practice inbetween the meetings. Our goal is increase your mental skills and improve your wellbeing with practical, tailored solutions.
