Feeling Down
More joy and energy for everyday life
Have you lost your zest for life? Do you spend your free time sitting on the couch staring at the screen instead of doing things that are more meaningful to you? Everyone has good days and bad days. If you feel that you have more cloudy days than sunny ones, you should talk to someone about it before the cloudy days become a storm.
How can Auntie help?
Do your daily responsibilities feel like a burden? Do you find it hard to get excited about anything? Has complaining become your superpower? It's normal to feel grumpy from time to time, but sometimes your moods may swing more than usual. If you feel that your own coping mechanisms are not enough, talking to a professional can help you regain balance and rediscover your enthusiasm.
The Feeling Down package helps you to reflect on your own situation and recognize how different things affect your mood. You will learn how mood manifests in your thoughts, feelings, and actions. The aim of the package is to help you find ways to influence your mood and experience more good things in your life. A conversation with an Auntie professional will help you get started.
Auntie is a preventative conversational support service. However, if you have been feeling down for a long time or suspect you may be depressed, you should not use this service, but talk to your healthcare provider about your concerns. Auntie does not carry out a health assessment or an assessment of need for treatment. Auntie professionals do not provide individual care instructions or guidance and advice that is part of health care.
