1. Your Auntie journey begins with an introductory email.
2. You sign up for an Auntie package and attend five 45-minute sessions with an Auntie expert, who will  for example support you with your new role in the workplace and helps you with practical tips on how to calm down the racing thoughts when trying to fall asleep.
3. You join a monthly Auntie webinar to learn strategies for improving focus and maintaining your wellbeing.
