Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to HR users managing Auntie services for their organizations.

1. Who we are

Auntie Solutions Oy (“Auntie”, “we”, “us”) is a Finnish company providing preventive mental wellbeing services and related digital solutions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Auntie HR Portal or other Auntie Service Platforms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

3. Purpose of Service

The HR Portal enables authorized HR users to manage, monitor, and coordinate Auntie service packages for their organization.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you provide to Auntie is accurate and that you comply with applicable privacy and employment laws. You must not disclose any confidential information accessed through the service to unauthorized parties.

5. Account Management

Each HR user account is personal. You must keep your credentials secure and notify Auntie immediately of any unauthorized access.

6. Data Protection

Auntie processes HR user data in accordance with the Auntie HR User Privacy Policy. You must also ensure compliance with your organization's privacy practices when handling user data. All external processors engaged by Auntie act only on Auntie’s documented instructions and are bound by written data-processing agreements.

7. Confidentiality

Information accessible in the HR Portal is confidential and may include aggregated or anonymized usage statistics. You may not publish or share such data outside your extended organization without Auntie's prior consent.

8. Termination

Auntie may suspend or revoke HR user access if these Terms are breached. Access will also end when your organization’s agreement with Auntie ends.

9. Liability

Auntie provides its services on an “as is” basis and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes will be settled in the District Court of Helsinki, Finland.
