Webinar for leaders

The Leadership Trade-Off:

What AI gives and what it takes

Auntie Leader Circle webinar with Perttu Pölönen

30 September 2026 | 15:00–16:00 EEST

Perttu Pölönen

The one leadership conversation you can't afford to miss this autumn.

AI is the defining leadership question of our time. The leaders who think it through early, who understand the trade-offs and know where human capabilities matter most, will be the ones who help their people and their organisations perform at their best, sustainably.

AI has made us more productive. But every technology creates unintended consequences, and most of them nobody planned for. Social media gave us connection and quietly eroded our ability to focus. What is AI trading away without asking us first?

In this Leader Circle session, Perttu Pölönen brings a rare combination to the table: he's a futurist and inventor who has spent years at the frontier of technology, and someone who fundamentally believes that human skills will matter more as AI advances, not less. He provokes, challenges and ultimately offers something more useful than answers: better questions to bring back to your team.

What you'll take away

A sharper picture of what's actually changing

AI isn't just a tool. It's reshaping what work looks like, what we value in each other, and what it means to lead. This session helps you see the shift more clearly.

Perspective on the trade-offs ahead

There are no perfect solutions, only choices. Perttu helps you think through what matters, so you can lead with more clarity and less noise.

A fresh take on human skills

Trust, presence, connection and psychological performance. These aren't soft extras. They're becoming the defining leadership capabilities in the age of AI.

A reason to feel genuinely optimistic

The future of leadership isn't about competing with machines. It's about understanding where humans are at their best, and leaning into that.
